i12 Katong Counting Down to Reopening

i12 Katong, which has been closed since March 2020 for an asset enhancement programmge, is slated to re-open in the last quarter of this year with a fresh, more modern look.

As the mall nears its reopening date, the portfolio of outlets - some returning, others new, is starting to emerge, and includes:

The new-look mall will have three curated zones: Fashion & Lifestyle, Home & Living and Family Entertainment.

Backstory
The mall owner, DC Reit Holdings, part of the Keppel Corp Group, acquired all the shares in the property that is did not previously own.

Expected to open in 2023, the Thomson-East Coast MRT line will include stations in Katong for the first time, enhancing the accessibility of the area for visitors and residents alike.

The seven-storey shopping mall, at the intersection of East Coast Road and Joo Chiat Road, opened in November 2011.
